The first of these conferences wa s held in Toronto in February 1991. Subsequently, this International Conference has alternated between Toronto, Ontario and Madison, Wisconsin. The conferences have grown in stature and relevance over the past decade with the last one in Toronto attracting over 350 delegates from every continent and an early sell-out of all available booth spaces.
