This section is for poster presenters

Thank you for all submissions received. The submission process is now closed. The response to our poster abstract submission was outstanding in the excellence and relevance of the research topics, which bodes well for the success of the conference. The program agenda of the poster session will be posted soon.

Attendees at the conference will receive a booklet that will contain the abstracts of the presentations and posters to be presented.

Attendees will also receive the full papers of both the presentations and the posters in an electronic form. You can provide us with a paper of your poster if you want your research to be included in the electronic conference proceedings.

Please read:

• the poster presenter's responsibilities document for important deadline information
• the ‘Biocomposites-PaperFormat.pdf’ instructions for the preparation of the papers. You can also use the template ‘Biocomposites-PaperFormat.doc’.

To submit your Paper you can:

• email it to us or,
• if your file is too large, you can upload it using the link and password above.

Final copies of all papers for the Conference will be required by March 25, 2010 if they are to be included in the proceedings. Posters space in the proceedings will only be granted once paid registration is confirmed.

Poster Guidelines

• Maximum size 6' (width) x 3.5' (height).
• Include abstract, key points, conclusions, charts and diagrams.
• If applicable list sources of support, co-authors of research, partners.
• Include potential commercial application.
• Paper of final poster to be submitted for conference materials.

Student Poster Competition

A student poster competition will take place and students will be awarded a prize for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place posters as reviewed by a committee at the conference.  The award ceremony will take place during the conference.
