This section is for poster presenters

Attendees at the conference will receive a booklet that will contain the abstracts of the presentations and posters to be presented.

Attendees will also receive the full papers of both the presentations and the posters in an electronic form. You can provide us with a paper of your poster if you want your research to be included in the electronic conference proceedings.

• the ‘Biocomposites-PaperFormat.pdf’ instructions for the preparation of the papers. You can also use the template ‘Biocomposites-PaperFormat.doc’.

Final copies of all papers for the Conference will be required by March 25, 2012 if they are to be included in the proceedings. Posters space in the proceedings will only be granted once paid registration is confirmed.

Poster Guidelines

• Maximum size 6' (width) x 3.5' (height).
• Include abstract, key points, conclusions, charts and diagrams.
• If applicable list sources of support, co-authors of research, partners.
• Include potential commercial application.
• Paper of final poster to be submitted for conference materials.

Student Poster Competition

A student poster competition will take place and students will be awarded a prize for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place posters as reviewed by a committee at the conference.  The award ceremony will take place during the conference.

Abstracts (200-250 words maximum) of presentations to be considered for inclusion in the technical program should be submitted no later than December 15, 2011
