Poster presentations provide you with an opportunity to share your research with other attendees.  Posters are open to students, academe and industry (no commercial materials accepted).

Poster Guidelines

- 3' x 7' poster board (horizontal orientation)

- include abstract, key points, conclusions, charts and diagrams, if applicable

- list sources of support, co-authors of research, partners

- include potential commercial application

- PDF of final poster to be submitted for conference materials

Student Poster Competition

A student poster competition will take place and students will be awarded a prize for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place posters as reviewed by a committee at the conference.  Award presentations will take place during the conference.

If you wish to present a poster in 2010, please send Guida an email or call at (519) 249-0545 to indicate that you wish to submit a poster.  Posters will only be granted once paid registration is confirmed.  Please note that poster fees are based on regular registration fees.
