NOTE: All funds are in Canadian dollars. The full conference pass includes attendance to all sessions and poster presentations, food during all sessions, evening reception and proceedings. Registration deadline for session speakers and poster presenters is March 30th, 2010. The deadline for cancellations is April 15th, 2010. A 15% cancellation service will be charged.
