Assignment of Space: Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based upon receipt of exhibit applications and full payment to the Centre for Biocomposites & Biomaterials Processing.

Construction:
All exhibit spaces will consist of back drape, one 8´ X 8´ booth space.

Fees:

Exhibitor- $1200.00 per booth, per person this rate entitles the Exhibitor to take part of the exhibitions taken place throughout the duration of the conference, all meals are included.

 Exhibitor with Full registration- An additional$300.00(1200.00+300=$1500.00) per person will entitle the Exhibitor to Full registration which includes: all meals/evening networking.
